It’s a good idea to pack a small bag with an extra sweater (and maybe a thin rain jacket), so you don’t get cold when darkness falls.

To limit the waiting time for yourself and other guests, please refrain from bringing anything other than the most necessary items to the festival. Screening will be conducted at the entrance – the security personnel have the competence and the right to decide whether an item can be brought onto the site. In other words, if you’re unsure whether an item can be brought, simply don’t bring it.

SPECIAL NEEDS

We’ve made an effort to ensure that access to the concert area is wheelchair-friendly and includes a platform for wheelchair users. Specific information will be sent to purchasers of wheelchair tickets with the aim of making the festival experience as good and easy as possible.

Wheelchair tickets and other disability tickets can be purchased through Billetlugen at +4570263267. When buying a wheelchair ticket or other disability ticket, you can bring a companion for free. This requires an official companion card. Please inform Billetlugen of your companion when purchasing the ticket, as companion tickets cannot be issued on the day of the concert.

If you have any questions regarding access to the wheelchair platform or anything related to a possible disability, you can contact us at [email protected], and we will respond promptly.

If you experience any issues during the day, please contact Security, and we will try our best to assist you so that your experience on the premises is as good as possible. We will also be very grateful for any feedback and potential points of criticism regarding the accessibility of the venue after the festival. This will help us improve in the future, addressing anything we may have overlooked or need to change to ensure everyone has a positive experience.

SECURITY BEFORE AND DURING THE FESTIVAL

We do everything to ensure that you and your friends have a good and safe experience when you’re at SYD FOR SOLEN or on your way to and from the festival. Our goal is to provide you with a safe and well-organized festival experience. The security personnel are visible and present throughout the entire festival. Please follow their instructions, and you’ll be fine. They are there for your safety and to assist all festival guests.

It is also for security reasons that unnecessary items are not allowed, and we ask for your cooperation in making the entry and exit as well as your stay at the festival as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

In the unlikely event that there is a need to evacuate the concert area, emergency exits are clearly marked, and our security team will guide everyone safely out of the area.

We’ll be a lot of people gathered at the festival, so let’s all do our best to help one another have a great time. There will be visible security personnel and first aid staff present at the site at all times – do not hesitate to approach them if you feel unsafe or need assistance.

Take care of yourselves and each other. If you have any questions about security, always approach our staff – we are here to help you in any way we can.
