Thank you for the overwhelming interest.

TRANSPORT

SYD FOR SOLEN is located in the heart of Valbyparken and can be reached by bus, metro, S-train, or bicycle.
We recommend leaving your car at home, as no parking facilities are available.

You can find your public transport options to SYD FOR SOLEN at rejseplanen.dk or via Google Maps.

If you are using Google Maps or another navigation app, please use the following address as your destination:

Valbyparken
2450 Copenhagen SV

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET TO GAIN ENTRY?

No! We love saving paper, so we recommend bringing your ticket on your mobile phone.

To help speed up entry, we recommend turning your screen brightness all the way up when your ticket is scanned. We also recommend downloading your ticket before you arrive, as mobile coverage may be limited and the network can be busy at the entrance.

If you have multiple tickets on the same phone, please have the other members of your group scanned in first, and yourself last.

Printed tickets are, of course, also accepted.

FESTIVAL NEWS

If you would like to stay up to date on festival news, you can sign up for our newsletter here.
You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram, where we regularly share updates about the festival, the line-up, and the countdown to SYD FOR SOLEN.

CAN I STORE MY BELONGINGS SAFELY AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes! In collaboration with Volt, we offer secure lockers at the festival site where you can store your personal belongings in a locked compartment with your own personal access code.

A Volt Locker measures 30 × 30 × 50 cm and has enough space for items such as a small backpack, a jacket, or anything else you’d rather not carry around during the day. You’ll have access to your locker throughout the entire period you’ve booked it for.

The number of lockers is limited, so we recommend reserving yours in advance.

Pre-book your locker HERE.

CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE FESTIVAL?

No – when the music ends, it’s time to leave the site, head out into the Copenhagen summer night, or go home to bed. Where you go is up to you.

DEPOSIT AND RETURN SYSTEM

You can use your deposit refund to pay for food and drinks at the festival, or donate your empty cups and containers in the donation bins located around the site.

All proceeds collected through the donation bins will go directly to charitable organisations, which will be announced closer to the festival.

If you prefer, you can also redeem your deposit refund during the day at one of the two dedicated refund bars on the site.

WASTE SORTING

We take waste sorting seriously.
As a guest, we ask you to sort your waste into four clearly marked categories at the bins located throughout the festival site.
It’s a big job – but a necessary one. Thank you for helping us keep the festival as beautiful as it sounds.

PAYMENT ON SITE

All payments at the festival must be made by card (Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
It is not possible to pay with cash or MobilePay – so remember to bring your credit card.

USE OF IMAGES

We regularly take photos and record video at SYD FOR SOLEN.
If you are in focus, we will ask for your permission before using the image.
If you are in the crowd, we may not have been able to obtain permission from everyone.

If you have any questions, please write to [email protected].
If you have photos that SYD FOR SOLEN may use and share, please tag us – it makes us happy!

BICYCLE PARKING

We recommend cycling to SYD FOR SOLEN for a smooth and easy start to your festival experience. A large bicycle parking area is located by the main entrance on Tudsemindevej, allowing you to park close to the site.

Simply follow the signs to the bicycle parking area upon arrival. From there, it is just a short walk along a clearly marked path leading directly to the entrance and into the festival site.

DEAR NEIGHBOURS OF SYD FOR SOLEN

SYD FOR SOLEN aims to be a positive presence in the local community of Valby – a celebration for those who attend and a considerate neighbour to those who do not.

Behind the festival is smash!bang!pow!

We are experienced concert organisers and have been producing shows since 2008.
We are very grateful to be able to host SYD FOR SOLEN in Valbyparken, and we will, of course, take great care of this unique area.

Music starts each day at 14:00 and ends at 24:00.

Thank you for your patience!

LOST AND FOUND

Lost items can be handed in or collected at the ticket office at the festival entrance.
After the festival, items will be delivered to the Copenhagen Police Lost and Found Office.

SPECIAL NEEDS

The festival is wheelchair accessible, with platforms and toilets available for wheelchair users.
These are for guests with disabilities and their companions – as well as for holders of child tickets, as the toilets include baby-changing facilities.

Wheelchair or disability tickets can be purchased via Billetlugen on +45 70 26 32 67.
When purchasing a wheelchair or disability ticket, you may bring one companion free of charge (requires an official companion card).

If you have questions regarding access, platforms, or anything else, please contact us at [email protected].

SAFETY BEFORE AND DURING THE FESTIVAL

We do everything we can to ensure that you and your friends have a safe and enjoyable festival experience.
Security staff will be visibly present throughout the festival – please follow their instructions; they are there for your safety.

In the unlikely event of an evacuation, emergency exits are clearly marked, and our staff will guide you calmly out.

Paramedics are present at all times, and you can always approach Security if you need help or notice anything that doesn’t seem right.

To ensure a safe experience, the festival site is monitored by cameras, allowing us to respond quickly to any incidents.

Take care of yourselves – and of each other.
